My last post on this site was back in late 2012. It is now the end of March, 2021. I’m writing this to let you know that I have recently gone through the posts on this blog and gotten rid of anything that wasn’t relevant to modeling. Stuff relating to my personal life, outfit posts that were the precursor to my now-closed-down style blog, notes about events and workshops long past… all of it is gone.
What you have here now is a set of posts relating to my experience as a part-time, non-agency-standard model. Comments have been turned off on all posts. Largely, there’s not much to be said about posts at this point, and I don’t have the bandwidth to monitor them anymore.
Hopefully it’s easier to navigate and find the info that you’re looking for, though I also hope you understand that quite a bit of this might be outdated and no longer relevant to the world of modeling as it is now.
What does it mean when someone is looking for a trade shoot, a free shoot, or a paid shoot? It should be pretty simple, but of course it’s not. It never is. Here’s my take on the differences between the three.
